We are looking for a creative, connected and commercially minded Artistic Programmer to help shape the future of arts and culture in the town.

This exciting role will lead the development of a vibrant and diverse programme across Bridgwater Town Hall Theatre and Bridgwater Arts Centre, bringing together performances, creative experiences and memorable events that will appeal to audiences from Bridgwater and beyond.

The successful candidate will work closely with artists, producers, partners and other organisations to develop an engaging programme across both venues. With an eye for exceptional programming and new opportunities, they will play an important role in strengthening Bridgwater’s cultural offer and ensuring its venues continue to provide inspiring experiences for the local community and visitors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the arts, understands audiences and has the creativity and commercial awareness to develop an exciting programme for two of Bridgwater’s key cultural venues.
