Free Local Author Talk with Dennis Coath: Join us for a presentation and talk with Dennis about his extraordinary career in Sport!

Dennis has worked as a sports editor, presenter, reporter, news-reader and documentary producer. He’s interviewed sporting legends from Muhammad Ali to David Beckham and covered sport all over the world, as well as co-authoring books with Ian Botham and Peter Shilton.

His latest books are ‘Rats, Pies and Pigeon Poo’, a comic guide for sport reporters and sport fans; ‘The Band That Time Forgot’ and ‘The Band That Time Forgave’, about a geriatric Rock Band that outsells the Beatles!
As a voice-over specialist, Dennis has performed in many TV productions. Working as a media trainer he has schooled cabinet ministers, captains of industry and sport personalities like ‘Freddie’ Flintoff, Martin Johnson and Paula Radcliffe. He has also been nominated as news broadcaster and sport journalist of the year!
