About this event
The sky’s inky dark, the stars all aglow, the moonlight is crisp on the fresh fallen snow. There’s a nip in the air as the breeze starts to blow, carrying jingling bells and a faint “ho ho ho”. It’s Christmas Eve, and Santa has an important job to do.
Join the reindeers and discover the night sky through Santa’s eyes: from the shining Moon to changing constellations, see shooting stars and look for north.
This gorgeous show combines storytelling and astronomy, taking the audience on an enchanting festive journey. Created for younger viewers, it will captivate adults and children alike! Every Space Odyssey screening of What Santa Sees will be followed by a short tour of the night skies, with the presenter, Simon, showing the Moon, planets and constellations all around the dome!”
