Free Low-impact, Movement & Coordination sessions

Bridgwater Library Activities at Bridgwater Arts Centre

These fun and free weekly one-hour low impact activity, movement and coordination sessions help to support people who may have a health condition, anyone who would like some help to get moving or improve their balance and co-ordination. All sessions will be guided by a professional coach and will be tailor-made for attendees.
